As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
What you ll do- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items such as our breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age-restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
- Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
The hourly range for this position is $16.50 - $20.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
