Site Supervisor - Water Civil Engineering

Salary: 50,000 - 53,000 + Benefits Package

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil engineering and utilities projects.

You'll be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, supervising direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and health & safety. As the main point of contact on site, you'll proactively resolve issues, communicate effectively with project teams, and help drive successful project delivery.

Our client is a well-established UK engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the water, utilities and civil engineering sectors. Their work helps maintain and improve essential infrastructure, including pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, drainage systems and other critical assets that support communities across the UK.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Experience supervising construction, civil engineering or utilities sites.
• Previous experience within the water or wastewater sector.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience motivating site teams.
• Relevant site qualifications such as SSSTS or SMSTS and a valid CSCS Card.
