Graduate Teaching Assistant – The Role

• Work alongside experienced teachers to support learning across Key Stages 3–5
• Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions
• Help plan and prepare engaging classroom activities
• Support students with varying abilities and needs
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

• A graduate with a strong academic background (any subject welcome)
• Passionate about education and helping young people reach their potential
• Previous experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)

• Full-time role (Monday – Friday, term time only)
