About the Role
We are looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a male student currently studying A Levels. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on a young person’s academic and personal development.
The role will involve both academic support and personal care, ensuring the student is fully supported throughout the school day.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting a male A-Level student in lessons on a 1:1 basis
* Providing personal care and daily assistance as required
* Helping the student engage fully in their studies and achieve their goals
* Working alongside teaching staff and SEN specialists to implement support strategies
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive learning outcomes

* Experience working with students with SEN and personal care needs
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
* A proactive and supportive attitude to help students succeed
* Availability to start immediately
