SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Hackney – ASAP Start – Full Time – Long Term – £90–£115 per day (dependent on experience)

* SEN Teaching Assistant required in Hackney

* SEN Teaching Assistant needed for an immediate start

* SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with SEMH

* Previous SEN experience essential

The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a KS2 student with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will build a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil, helping them to access learning and manage their emotions effectively. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and provide consistent support throughout the school day.

Patience, resilience and prior experience supporting SEN pupils are key requirements for this role.
