This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is dedicated to providing high-quality early education and supporting children at a crucial stage of their development.

About the School

Our partner school is a nurturing, inclusive and community-driven setting with a strong commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life. The Early Years provision is vibrant, well-resourced and thoughtfully designed to encourage curiosity, independence and a love of learning.

The school places a strong emphasis on play-based, child-led learning underpinned by the EYFS framework. Staff work collaboratively to create meaningful learning experiences that support children’s communication, social development, early literacy and numeracy skills.

Leadership within the school is supportive and approachable, with a genuine focus on staff wellbeing and professional growth. The team culture is positive, reflective and centred around continuous improvement. Inclusion is a key priority, and there is strong support in place for pupils with additional needs to ensure every child can thrive.
