A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Hackney is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic MFL Teacher specialising in French and Spanish. This is a full-time opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious languages department committed to high-quality teaching and strong student outcomes.
The Role:
Teach French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Monitor, assess and track pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement.
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the MFL department.
The Ideal Candidate :
Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
Has experience teaching French and Spanish in UK secondary schools.
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
Is passionate about languages and inspiring students to develop cultural awareness and communication skills.
Works collaboratively and contributes positively to wider school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
