Behaviour Mentor - Primary School - Hackney - ASAP Start - Full Time - Long Term - 90- 110 Per Day (dependent on experience)

The Role - Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with KS2 pupils who display challenging behaviours on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage positively with learning. You will collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to implement behaviour management strategies that encourage progress both academically and socially. The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and able to build positive relationships with pupils. Your responsibilities will include promoting emotional regulation, encouraging positive choices, and providing structured support throughout the school day.

Previous experience working with children who have behavioural needs is essential.
