The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and inclusive school in Hackney is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on an ASAP start basis. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access learning and develop key social and emotional skills.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to implement support strategies and create a positive learning environment. You will play a vital role in promoting pupil engagement, confidence, independence, and academic progress.
