The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 4 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support throughout the school day. You will help the pupil access learning activities, build positive relationships, and develop confidence both academically and socially. Working with class teachers and SENCO, you will implement support strategies and adapt approaches to meet the child's individual needs.

The ideal candidate will be committed, proactive, and passionate about making a positive difference in a child's education. Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD and other SEN is essential.
