Location: Shoreditch
My client, one of the UK's largest Facilities Management companies, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in the Shoreditch area. The role covers PPM and reactive works, L8 training, and minor plumbing tasks such as changing TMVs and taps.
Responsibilities include maintenance across pumps, boilers, FCUs, AHUs, and HVAC plant, keeping records, supervising sub-contractors, and developing IT skills to manage information and workload. Office environment experience is required.
