HNW Mortgage Advisor / HNW Mortgage Broker – Stoke Newington – Estate Agency Environment – OTE £85,000+

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading and financially focused estate agency to recruit an experienced HNW Mortgage Advisor / HNW Mortgage Broker for their successful branch in Stoke Newington.

This is a high-quality advisory position working with affluent clients, complex mortgage cases and premium property transactions.

Role overview

Based in the Stoke Newington branch, you will:

* Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to high-net-worth clients

* Advise on residential, remortgage and complex mortgage solutions

* Handle high-value cases, including £1.5m+ transactions

* Work with an existing client database and a strong flow of introducer leads

* Attend 8–10 appointments per week

* Complete 2–3 mortgages per week

* Work closely with the estate agency sales team in Stoke Newington

Typical annual banking is expected to be £180,000–£200,000.

Salary & benefits

* Basic salary £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)

* Financial guarantees available

* OTE £55,000 year one

* OTE £85,000+ year two

Candidate profile

* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

* Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

* Experience dealing with high-value or complex mortgage cases

* Strong knowledge of whole-of-market lending and protection products

* Full UK driving licence

* Clean credit history and no criminal convictions
