A well-established insurance group is seeking an Interim Financial Accountant to support the finance function through a key reporting period is a short-term, hands-on assignment focused on delivering a smooth and accurate close, ideal for someone comfortable stepping straight into a live environment. Key Details Rate: £350-£375 per day (Inside IR35) Duration: 1-2 month (potential to extend)

Immediate Responsibilities Support delivery of the financial close / quarter-end reporting Maintain balance sheet integrity and reconciliations Assist with general ledger and journal postings Prepare and review VAT returns Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong hands-on financial accounting / close process experience
