Permanent We're working with a growing Salesforce consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to its Professional Services team. This is an opportunity to work on a variety of complex Salesforce transformation programmes across multiple industries, helping clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investment. You'll play a key role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and hands-on Salesforce configuration, while also mentoring more junior consultants and contributing to internal innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to delivery Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications Configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation capabilities Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to deliver best-practice solutions Manage deployments using Dev Ops and release management tools Support client adoption through training, onboarding and change activities Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice Help drive innovation through AI initiatives, accelerators and reusable assets Required Experience Strong Salesforce consulting experience gained within a consultancy or professional services environment Proven delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ or Industries Cloud Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, particularly with Flows and declarative automation Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into practical solutions Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Experience with Dev Ops and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience supporting user adoption, training and business change activities Salesforce certifications highly desirable What's On Offer?
