Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a keen eye for detail and ensuring your buildings are not just compliant and operationally efficient, but that they look great too? Do you thrive on a busy schedule, managing multiple sites and projects?
With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.
You will work with your on-site Centre Management and Facilities Technicians, to deliver a comprehensive you will provide a comprehensive team and customer centric FM delivery.
This role will look after our Docklands, Lock Studios, Mirror Works, Brickfields and Mare Street centres.
What we need from you
Relevant previous job experience
Vocational training – NEBOSH & FM industry Qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisation & time management
Superb people skills
Energy & passion

Management of Building Services, maintaining building fabric and a high standard of décor & housekeeping
Health, Safety & Compliance of your Buildings
Driving Sustainability, Energy Saving & Smart Technology/Innovations
