Sales Director

We’re a growing utilities consultancy in Shoreditch, helping businesses make smarter choices on utilities from energy and payments totelecoms, waste management and water. We cut through the noise and find thebest deals, making life easier for our clients.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director totake the reins of our sales floor on an initial 6-month contract. You’ll leadour Sales Team Leaders, energise the floor and drive performance across theteam. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to get thebest out of people in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

• Lead,coach, and motivate Sales Team Leaders to consistently hit individual andteam targets
• Ownthe energy and culture of the sales floor keeping morale high and performance higher
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance through clear KPI management and accountability
• Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and pipeline activity, stepping in tocourse correct where needed
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to align floor activity with wider business goals
• Deliver regular team briefings, performance reviews, and one-to-ones that inspire and develop people

• Proven experience managing a contact centre or outbound/inbound sales floor at asenior level
• Strong track record of leading Sales Team Leaders and managing through others
• Deep understanding of metrics conversion rates, call quality, and SLAs
• Natural motivator who can energise a floor and create a high-performance culture
• Experience in utilities, telecoms, financial services or similar regulated sectors astrong advantage
• Bonus/commission structure with high earning potential
