• Develop and maintain professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with preferences.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process: initiate surveys, follow up with solicitors, and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Oversee tenant referencing to ensure efficient completion within appropriate timeframe.
