Job Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our well established client based in Hackney, London

The role focuses on building long-term relationships with trade customers, promoting the company’s extensive product range, and maximising repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively contact existing, lapsed, and prospective customers by telephone

* Promote and sell a range of products, including mouldings, mount board, accessories, and equipment

* Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions

* Develop and manage a portfolio of trade accounts

* Encourage repeat orders and upsell new or higher-margin product ranges

* Accurately process customer orders and update internal systems

* Follow up on quotations, catalogues, and customer enquiries

* Maintain regular contact with customers to build strong, long-term relationships

* Work closely with internal teams, including warehouse and administration, to ensure efficient order fulfilment

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and stock availability

Skills & Experience

Essential:

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Comfortable with outbound sales calls

* Well organised with good attention to detail

* Competent IT skills (email and order processing systems)

Desirable:

* Previous B2B or trade sales experience

* Experience in telesales, account management, or customer service

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm

Annual Salary

 * £26k - £30k (Depending on experience)
