Business Development Manager

Location: Hackney

Exciting North Thames surgical sales role

· Surgical sales experience essential

THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Sales professional to join a growing manufacturer and take ownership of the North Thames territory.

You'll drive new business and develop existing NHS and private hospital accounts, selling a high-quality portfolio of sutures and haemostats. Working closely with surgeons, theatre managers and procurement teams, you'll play a key role in increasing market share across the territory.

THE COMPANY: A well-established, growing manufacturer of competitively priced surgical products. With continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced theatre sales professional to develop key accounts and win new business.

THE TERRITORY:
North Thames inside M25 including Essex & Reading

THE REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years' surgical/theatre sales experience

· Strong understanding of the theatre environment

· Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £45k-£65k DOE

Uncapped bonus (20%+)

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Company car or £600/month car allowance
