Base Pay RangeStarting at £13.61 per hour, rising to £13.83 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £14.31 at your own pace (inclusive of rural allowance).

Responsibilities- Develop personalised support plans for the supported individual.
- Build positive relationships with the supported individual.
Work in partnership with the supported individual, their family, and health professionals. - Work with stakeholders to ensure the supported individual’s life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support.
- Enable supported individuals to take part in their chosen activities.
- Help maintain their tenancies and support them to make the decisions that matter to them.
- Provide required support that includes personal care, promoting independence, active citizenship, community inclusion, and support with household chores.
- Support individuals to access and engage in their local community and take part in activities of their choice.
As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends, evenings and on-call duties. Flexibility towards working hours is key.
