Starting at £14.13 per hour, rising to £14.30 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £15.01 at your own pace. Pay detail is inclusive of Rural Allowance.

Our person‑centred approach focuses on promoting independence, providing personal and household support and care, building confidence, and supporting positive mental health and wellbeing. We aim to empower people to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

• Develop personalised support plans for the supported individual.
• Build positive relationships with the supported individual.
• Work in partnership with the supported individual, their family, health professionals.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure the supported individual’s life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support.
• Enable supported individuals to take part in their chosen activities.
• Help maintain their tenancies and support them to make the decisions that matter to them.
• Provide personal care, promote independence and active citizenship, community inclusion, support with household chores, etc.
• Encourage feelings of safety and promote rest and sleep.
