Tax Manager

An established South Jersey CPA firm is looking for a Tax Manager to work directly with its Partners across tax compliance, planning and advisory. The client base includes closely held and family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals and their owners, so the work stays varied and personal.

• Take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted adviser
• Review complex 1040, 1065, 1120-S and 1120 returns
• Work on trust and estate-related tax matters
• Advise clients on tax planning alongside the Partners
• Develop junior staff and help maintain high review standards
• Build toward a potential future equity opportunity

Clients operate across real estate, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, retail and professional services
.

• Public accounting tax experience at Manager level, or as an experienced Supervisor ready to step up
• Broad experience with individuals and closely held businesses
• Confidence reviewing work and managing clients directly
• CPA strongly preferred
• An interest in building a long-term career with one firm
