We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Child Watch Attendant to join our team.

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for children while parents participate in fitness classes or activities.
• Supervise children in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
• Set up and organize toys, games, and activities to ensure an enjoyable experience for children.
• Maintain a clean and organized child watch area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to address any concerns regarding the children in your care.
• Enforce studio policies regarding child watch, ensuring a safe and structured environment.
• Respond calmly and professionally to any emergencies or issues that may arise.

• Experience working with children in a daycare, babysitting, or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple children at once.
• Patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Background in early childhood education is a plus but not required.
