Director, Construction Services - Public Infrastructure

Location: Haddonfield, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary Range: $150,000 $ 175,000

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client's management team in Haddonfield, NJ, as the Director, Construction Services
. This role involves managing the entire construction services division, overseeing NICET-certified staff, and providing critical support for major public infrastructure projects across the region.

This position is a high-visibility role with the potential for a partnership/shareholder track for the right candidate.

• Division Management: Lead and manage all construction services activities and personnel within the department.
• Staff Oversight: Oversee and direct NICET-certified inspection and support staff on various project sites.
• Project Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight for major public infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Agency Relationship Management: Leverage extensive experience working with key New Jersey state agencies (e.g.,
  NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA
  ) to secure and execute contracts.
• Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities to expand the firm's construction management portfolio.
• Project Control: Implement and manage processes for Primavera scheduling, cost control, QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control), and construction administration.

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering is required.
• Licensure (Mandatory): Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license OR NICET Level IV certification

• Experience: Demonstrated project oversight and management experience in large-scale construction or public works.
