• Build relationships with members and hold them accountable to their fitness goals.
• Guide new clients through the studio and help them sign up for the right membership.
• Provide metabolic assessments, 3D body scan results, and nutrition advice.
• Keep the studio organized and running smoothly.
• Sell memberships, apparel, and supplements (and earn commission).
• Support the team and ensure all staff meet high standards.

• Personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization (or willingness to obtain, preferred pricing through NASM).
• Super friendly and outgoing attitude toward members and staff.
• Passion for keeping clients accountable, with excellent communication skills.
