• Dynamic Teaching: Deliver high-quality lessons based on the school's curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and engaged.

• Assessment & Marking: Complete all marking for the lessons taught during the day, providing clear feedback for the permanent teacher.
• Adaptability: Quickly integrate into different school departments, from English and Maths to Creative Arts and PE.
• Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of child safety and well-being at all times.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory for this pay bracket (ECTs/NQTs welcome).
• Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
• Compliance: An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
• Right to Work: Valid proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Professionalism: Reliability and punctuality are key for the morning briefings in Hadleigh schools.
