Position: Part-Time Customer Service Alarm Operator

• Swings:
  Three days/week, 8 hours/day between 4pm and 1am
• Graves:
  Three days/week, 8 hours/day 12am to 8:30am

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while managing stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies, verify that help is on the way, and notify responsible parties.
• Assist our alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure subscriber's alarms are working properly.
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the accurate handling of alarms and to foster your professional growth with our team.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
• Availability to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift for at least 6 months.
• Pass a 2‑week fully‑paid training class.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
