Robinwood Dental of Hagerstown, MD is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our fast-paced team! Associates who possess the right combination of clinical skills and a personal approach to dentistry truly excel in our practice. If this sounds like you, please keep reading to hear more!

Our full-time Associate Dentists earn 35% of net production (gross production minus write-offs and dentist discretionary discounts). We also pay for your malpractice insurance, licensing, dues, lab fees, and provide an allowance for continuing education. Our Associates enjoy earning paid time off (PTO), and 401(k) contributions with matching after one year. As a full-time Associate Dentist you'll earn $100,000 - $350,000/ year.

Uniforms and lab jackets are also provided.

In practice since 2003, we are a patient-oriented dental office that offers exceptional care and a complete range of services in Western Maryland. With two locations, we provide care for all ages—offering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, as well as specialty treatments such as minor endodontics, Invisalign, and Oral Surgery procedures like 3rd molar removal and implants.

As an Associate Dentist at Robinwood Dental, you help keep our busy practice running smoothly and our patients happy! Being dedicated to quality care and education, you help new and existing patients achieve their goals for healthy smiles. Your day involves working out of two operatories with two well-trained dental assistants, to manage a full day of patients scheduled to maximize your own personal production goals.

Between patients, you will also assist our hygienists by providing periodic exams during routine dental cleanings. You understand that going to the dentist is not anybody's idea of a "restful day off", so you do your best to instill a positive atmosphere and seek to earn your patients' trust when it comes to their personal dental care.

• 1+ year of experience in private practice (no recent graduates or immediately post-residency)
• Must be licensed, or able to apply for a Dental license in the state of Maryland
• Excellent leadership skills to build a dental team that will keep your day running smoothly and maximize your time and productivity.

This full-time position works normal office hours, Mon-Thurs from 8a-5p and Fri from 8a-2p. No weekend or evening hours. Additionally, there is an on-call rotation between all the dentists. Rotation is from Wednesday to Wednesday. You will be expected to swap shifts with another dentist if conflicts arise and you are unable to be on-call. Associates take call approximately once every 7-8 weeks.
