Robinwood Dental in Hagerstown, MD is looking to hire a full‑time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to provide support to our patients receiving orthodontic care with Dr. Horman. This front office position earns a competitive wage of $18.00 - $22.00/hour

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you are the "go‑to" person to provide non‑clinical support to our patients. You'll work with patients on the financial aspect of their orthodontic treatment, and help field and manage incoming patient questions regarding their treatment & accounts. You are the smiling face who helps the patient's check‑out after their clinical appointment is complete. You effectively coordinate our appointment schedule to make sure our staff stays busy without being overworked.

When a new patient comes in, you verify their insurance plan and explain any personal treatment costs. After every appointment, you diligently file all billing claims to the appropriate sources. If a patient is struggling financially, you try to find a solution that helps them receive the care they need while ensuring that our practice is properly compensated. You take pride in helping connect people to excellent orthodontic care!

• Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred, not required
• Strong customer service skills
