Position Overview
Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed outpatient practice located just outside Hagerstown, Maryland. This is a rare opportunity to step into a turnkey practice in a modern medical office built specifically for Family Medicine. The current physician is relocating to care for aging family, creating an excellent opening for a dedicated clinician ready to build long-term patient relationships in a supportive and well-organized setting.
Practice Highlights
- 100% outpatient care withno inpatient responsibilities
- 16–18 patients per day ensures time for quality care
- Choose your schedule:4-day work week (10-hour days) or traditional5-day week (8-hour days)
- Supportive APPs (Advanced Practice Providers) on staff
- Minimal call:phone-only, one evening per month and three weekends per year
