Exceptional leadership opportunity to develop and teach Family Medicine Residents Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and educators across Meritus Healths network. Balanced schedule with 40C% Clinical and 60% administrative time, plus flexible clinical practice (inpatient, outpatient, or mixed). Academic appointment through affiliated institutions, with opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity. Engage in curriculum development in adherence to ACGME guidelines, and resident training Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive guaranteed base salary of $245,000, plus bonus opportunities. Signing bonus starting at $25,000. Relocation allowance: $50,000 for candidates moving to Washington County CME allowance: $5,000 annually plus $1,500 for business expenses and 10 days of CME.
