Role Overview

Can you devote six hours a week to positively change the lives of tomorrows youth? Join A Chief’s Dream Team (ACDT) in delivering hands-on classes using 3D pens to help students develop artistic, technical, and personal development skills. Curriculum, materials, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate 3D Pen Arts lessons using pre-developed curriculum.
  • Engage students in creative projects aligned with STEAM principles.
  • Model professionalism, empathy, and consistency in instruction.
  • Follow all safety, reporting, and facility protocols.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and weekly planning calls.
  • Submit brief session feedback (Exit Tickets, attendance logs).
Qualifications

  • ✅Enjoy working with youth in educational settings.
  • ✅Ability to pass a CJIS background check and DJS facility clearance process.
  • ✅Strong communication, time management, and reliability.
  • ✅Associate's Degree or higher
  • ✅Art, teaching, or coaching certifications preferred
  • ✅Familiarity with trauma-informed care preferred
Schedule
  • Two (2) sessions per week (approx. 3 hours per session including setup & cleanup)
  • Typically between 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.
  • Note: This opportunity is pending contract award and we’re collecting resumes now to build a pre-approved talent pool allowing us to start on Day One.
