Adjunct Instructor – Mathematics & Science
We are seeking adjunct instructors to teach lecture and/or laboratory courses in Mathematics, Science, and related disciplines for the upcoming academic year. Course sections may be scheduled during the day, late afternoon/evening, or weekends and may be delivered in‑person, hybrid, or online.
Areas of Instruction- Anatomy and Physiology
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Earth and Space Science
- General Physical Science
- Mathematics (quantitative reasoning, statistical reasoning, applied algebra, pre‑calculus)
- Microbiology
- Nutrition
- General Physics (algebra‑based)
• Deliver course content, design and grade assessments, and meet with full‑time faculty, program coordinators, or the Division Director to support outcome learning assessments for credit courses.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in the discipline of teaching or a Master’s in Education/Teaching with at least 12 graduate credits in a specific science or mathematics discipline.
- Minimum of two years of relevant teaching experience.
Instructors interested in online teaching opportunities must be located in MD, PA, VA, or WV.
