Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager II will play a key leadership role in supporting the subcontract management function for the MST Business Area. This position goes beyond traditional subcontract administration by incorporating team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and legal compliance at the highest standards. The focus of this role includes supporting systems and sensors integration, aircraft modification programs, and software agreements with potential licensing requirements.
The ideal candidate will manage strategic supplier relationships, provide mentorship to team members, and ensure regulatory and auditing compliance critical to program success. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in subcontract management, the Supply Chain Manager II will oversee innovative procurement strategies, mitigate program risks, and uphold technical and contractual performance standards to help deliver MST’s mission of affordable, turn-key solutions across multi-domain platforms.

The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.
** Responsibilities:
** This Manager position will be responsible for leading a team of individual SCAs and SCMs, a group of individual contributors accountable for the overall life cycle of a subcontract, from the initial sourcing and acquisition strategy development through the solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution, and closeout steps.

We support an incredibly diverse landscape of technologies, development, production, technical & professional services, sustainment, and repairs.
