We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer for a nationally-recognized engineering company in Hagerstown, MD!

• Lead complex electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Design and develop electrical systems in compliance with industry standards
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to support designs and optimize system performance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on design and system selection
• Oversee quality control, ensuring designs meet functional and safety standards
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering professional development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, mechanical, civil) to deliver integrated solutions
• Resolve complex technical issues during the design, installation, and operational phases
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into system designs
• Prepare reports, specifications, and progress updates for clients and internal teams
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout project phases

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering across various building systems
• Competency in BIM software including Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Experience in project and client management
• P.E License (required)
• LEED Accreditation (preferred)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
