Position: BCBA (Assessment coordinator)

Responsibilities
  • Providing client assessments.
  • Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing their performance and adjusting as necessary.
  • Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers.
  • Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals.
Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
  • Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
  • Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of one‑on‑one ABA services.
  • Respect for cultural diversity and the capability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversity.
  • Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
