As a CNA at Home Helpers, you will provide essential support tailored to each client’s needs. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal Care: Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Household Assistance: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment
• Transportation: Reliable support for appointments, errands, and social activities
• Companionship: Bringing warmth and friendship to each client’s day
• Following the Plan of Care: Execute specific care instructions to meet client needs effectively
• Professional Communication: Maintain respectful, clear communication with families and the care team to enhance client care
• Additional Duties as Needed: Flexibility to adjust to each client’s unique needs

We’re seeking CNAs who are reliable, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. Key qualifications include:

• Ability to pass a background screening
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance with a clean driving record
• Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required
• Access to email and a mobile device for team communication
• Respect for client confidentiality and ethical standards of care

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Home Helpers is a national franchise of home care agencies serving the elderly and those rehabilitating from a recent injury or illness. Each Home Helpers location is a little different because they are independently owned.
