* Key Responsibilities:
*** Conduct comprehensive MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) reviews and maintain strict revision control within the ERP system.
* Manage the creation and processing of sales orders, manufacturing orders, and purchase requisitions/purchase orders.
* Allocate raw and finished goods to meet production and delivery schedules.
* Monitor material levels to prevent shortages and scheduling delays.
* Support and maintain firm planned, released, and in-shop manufacturing orders to ensure seamless production operations.
* Identify and resolve material and scheduling issues promptly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute supply chain schedules.
* Develop and maintain efficient supply chain schedules for optimal order and delivery planning.
* Ensure timely and accurate planning of orders and deliveries to meet customer demands and production needs.
* Utilize MRP systems to plan and control inventory, production, and procurement activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 2+ years of relevant experience + A higher level degree may substitute for experience + Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Exposure to the engineering change process
* Basic understanding of master production planning
* Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics
* Familiarity with applicable manufacturing drawings
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Experience with Program Management
* Technical/Engineering degree
* Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier Management
* Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and /or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
* Experience in Supply Chain Management and /or Operations Management
* Understanding of Unified Commercial Code (UCC)
* Experience in Microsoft Office
* Experience in digital tooling applications

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $64,853.15 - $89,173.08. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
