10 is seeking a Service Now Lead Developer for a full-time position with a leading manufacturing organization located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid role.

This role serves as a technical leader within the Digital Technology team, responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions, drive platform enhancements, and collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical delivery with enterprise strategy. This role operates in a hybrid environment (Mon–Wed onsite), with preferred location at Oshkosh, WI; positions are also available in Hagerstown, MD and McConnellsburg, PA.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Drive platform enhancements—including upgrades, new feature implementations, and semi-annual release participation.
• Apply advanced knowledge of Service Now ITAM and ITOM modules to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Provide prompt support for daily platform operations, including incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Ensure platform performance, data quality, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Partner with ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB experts to enhance discovery, automation, and asset management capabilities.
• Collaborate with business partners to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Consult and educate stakeholders on best practices, integration methods, and platform innovation.
• Lead special projects and work streams to optimize business processes, improve ROI, and support enterprise-wide strategy.
• Document architectural designs, data flows, configurations, and code to maintain platform integrity.
• Apply Agile/SDLC methodologies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Function as a change agent for digital modernization, process optimization, and innovation initiatives.

• 5+ years of Service Now development or implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and JSON.
• Strong Service Now development skills and experience with ITSM/ITOM.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, budgeting, financial planning, and overall business acumen.
• Strong written/verbal communication, customer service mindset, stakeholder alignment, problem solving, and leadership skills.

• Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years managing enterprise IT platforms (Service Now or integration platforms such as Boomi).
• Proven experience leading Service Now implementations and custom development.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Dev Ops, Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven automation and self-service solutions.
