Hybrid onsite (3 days per week) in Hagerstown, MD
CDW has a new opportunity for a Service Now Lead Developer
, driving architecture, development, and optimization of our Service Now platform. This role partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
- Lead design and implementation of Service Now solutions.
- Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
- Serve as SME for ITAM and ITOM modules to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Ensure platform performance, compliance, and data integrity.
- 5+ years in IT; 3+ years leadership experience.
- Advanced Service Now expertise, especially ITAM & ITOM.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile, integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
- ITIL/COBIT familiarity; proven ability to lead implementations.
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT;
Master’s a plus. - Experience with AI/ML automation and enterprise integrations.
