restructured our finance department into an elite four-person team
, built to move fast, close strong, and elevate profitability across multiple rooftops. With three top producers already in place, we’re looking for the next top performer, a closer who can handlea minimum of 70 deals per month
and still chase more.

• Structure and close deals that
  maximize profitability
  while maintaining
  100% compliance
• Present and sell
  finance and insurance products
  with transparency, confidence, and urgency
• Secure lender approvals and navigate rate programs
• Ensure flawless contract execution for cash, finance, and lease transactions
• Deliver a seamless, trust-building experience for every guest
• Manage cancellations for service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products
• Partner closely with sales leadership to
  drive showroom results
  and mentor sales professionals on process discipline

• Proven success in
  automotive finance management
  with a track record of volume and profit
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, titling laws, and compliance standards
• Exceptional
  closing, presentation, and negotiation
  skills
• Professional presence, attention to detail, and a passion for growth
• Reynolds & Reynolds
  experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check required
