Compensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $27.68 - 30.75/hr
Pay Range: $27.68 - $35.50/hr

Position SummaryAs our Maintenance Electrical Mechanic 3, you will:
- Work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks; troubleshoot/repair equipment and facility failures, while following all safety and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery and production equipment such as valves, conveyors, compressors, pumps, pneumatic hydraulics and boilers.
- Troubleshoot, repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, push buttons, contractors, motor starters etc. as needed.
- Enter work orders in the department software tracking program.
- Responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial or commercial electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
- Operate welders, drill press, grinder, hand tools, lathes, mills and other tools as necessary following standard operating procedures, (SOPs).
- Fabricate parts and modify new and existing equipment.
- Repair and/or troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures.
- Work on facilities tasks as needed.
- Open availability to be ‘called in’ to work for emergencies or after hours projects.
- Drive company vehicles as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at high elevations, carry up to 60lbs, and stand for 12 hours.
- Must be able to work in varying conditions.
- Ability to kneel, bend and reach for extended periods of time.
- May be exposed to controlled chemical mists or vapors.
- State or Government issued Driver’s License.
- Knowledge in Relay Logic preferred.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- 2 Years’ machine repair and maintenance experience—preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical training with a concentration in machine mechanics strongly preferred.
