Warehouse Order Selector

Warehouse Order Selector - Hagerstown, MD. Full-time, 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), Monday–Friday.

Compensation: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, plus KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation may vary based on skills, responsibilities, location, and other factors.

• Pull customer orders, wrapping and filling trailers.
• Understand and practice product rotation.
• Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
• Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Management.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to read and understand production sheets and product identities.
• Ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen.

• Safe lifting of up to 55 lbs. from floor to working height as required by the job.
• Work in dust, adverse weather conditions and temperature variations.
