The High Precision Machines Division specializes in design and supply of machines for automotive, aerospace, defense, rail, shipbuilding, energy, space, and more.

• Evaluate production requirements and lead the development of a sourcing solution tailored to meet customer applications.
• Procure a wide range of goods and services, including machined, fabricated, made‑to‑spec components, functional systems, and assemblies.
• Source, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best value while achieving annual cost reduction and quality goals.
• Develop and manage commodity strategies, driving improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure technical requirements and production needs are met.

We are seeking a Strategic Buyer with at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in leading negotiations, commodity management, or strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of raw materials, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes, and can easily comprehend common commercial terms related to T&C and contract documents.
