This position reports to the VP of Sales and oversees 4-5 staff members. Responsibilities include managing marketing channels for retail and wholesale, leading brand content creation, and merchandise management across MD and DC locations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in the consumer product industry, with CPG brand launch experience.
- Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
- 3+ years of managerial experience leading marketing teams.
- Experience in marketing project management and design.
- Willing to travel between MD and DC locations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and forecasts.
