Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, this role assumes responsibility for nursing services to deliver quality, comprehensive, and collaborative care across the Inpatient, PHPs, and ECT areas. The nurse leader manages staff to ensure safe, competent, and professional care through consultation, support, training, and supervision. Collaboration with the Inpatient Director will focus on identifying areas for improvement. Expected outcomes include enhanced nurse staffing coverage, improved quality metrics, and satisfactory Joint Commission performance.

Qualifications:

• Education – BSN degree required
• Experience – 2 years in an RN supervisory role; 5 years as an RN in a psychiatric inpatient facility
• Licensure/Certification – Current Maryland RN licensure or eligible multistate compact license
