• Education
  :
  Completion of a certified Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Experience
  :
  At least one year experience in a medical office setting preferred. Other clinical areas may be substituted.
• Licensure
  :
  License or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland;
  Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance license; DEA license.
• Other
  :
  Currently BLS or ACLS certified.

  Minimum to intermediate physical effort required. Job includes sitting, standing, reaching, trunk movements, lifting occasional heavy objects with assistance, carrying, dexterity of hands and fingers, and pushing and pulling. Duties frequently require extended periods of walking. Ability to pass vision and hearing screening as required.
