Registered Nurse – Occupational Health | Overnight | Temp to Hire
This onsite clinic role supports employees at a large manufacturing facility. The focus is occupational health, injury triage and preventative care, not bedside nursing.
Post-Orientation:
Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Temp to hire with possible extension
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and document work-related injuries
- Perform vitals and focused clinical assessments
- Determine need for escalation or referral
- Support compliance with occupational health standards
- Active RN license
- Recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience
- Comfort working independently overnight
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Occupational health
- Case management
- Stable, predictable schedule
- No hospital chaos or admissions
- Long-term potential with temp-to-hire structure
This role offers hospital-level clinical autonomy without hospital burnout, plus a clear path to permanent employment on a predictable overnight schedule.
