Salary Range: $35.20 to $45.00 per hour, based on years of experience

Required Experience:
Active Maryland LPN license or NLC compact license;

Put your nursing skills to work in a setting where your care truly matters. You'll join the healthcare team at a correctional institution in Hagerstown, Maryland, delivering comprehensive medical services on behalf of the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
As an afternoon/evening-shift LPN, you'll provide hands-on, whole-person care to incarcerated patients, working alongside Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff to address a wide range of health needs. Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the LPN scope of practice
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric providers
- Respond to patients' physical and behavioral health needs
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document care accurately
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or provider
Required Qualifications:
- Active LPN license to practice in Maryland OR valid NLC compact license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of LPN experience in a community outpatient clinic, hospital, or long-term care facility
- Corrections healthcare experience
