Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Hagerstown, Maryland, 21742!

Registered Nurse – NICU (Level II Nursery)

Hagerstown, MD | NICU / Level II Nursery

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates at 29–34 weeks gestational age in a Level II Nursery setting
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 in accordance with unit standards
• Float to well baby unit within scope of practice to meet facility needs, in rotation with staff and per facility floating policies
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records system
• Work every other weekend (EOW) as required and expect to work some holidays
• Complete required orientation modules and annual competency modules through the facility's learning portal (non-billable, approximately 4–8 hours)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (pending license may be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience;
  Level II Nursery experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals are not accepted (exceptions may be considered for select specialties with approval)
• First-time travelers not accepted for this position

• Experience caring for neonates at 29–34 weeks gestational age in a Level II Nursery environment
• Comfort with floating to well baby units within scope of practice
• Familiarity with block scheduling arrangements

• Block scheduling may be accommodated, offering flexibility in how you structure your assignment
• Work in a structured, supportive NICU environment with clear floating policies aligned with Joint Commission standards
